Summary:
The Driver/Warehouse Associate will wear multiple hats within our operations including being responsible for completing a variety of daily, weekly, and monthly tasks as well as undertaking special projects from time to time. This position will both travel to Customers and other NPL facilities within the greater Cleveland area, as well as work from our central location in Strongsville.
Main responsibilities:

Picks up or delivers wheelchairs to remotely working salespeople, patient facilities, or other warehouses using company vehicles

Engages with vendors, facility operators, company staff with a positive attitude and in a professional manner

Supports receiving department when required.

Operates pallet stacker and manual lifts to unload and/or move product
-
Assists in completing inventory cycle counts
-
Cleans and sanitizes manual and power wheelchairs that were previously out on loan and checks them back into inventory once completed.

Assists in various facility maintenance projects when required.

Maintains a clean warehouse work environment and supports keeping our facility tour ready

Follows company vehicle operating rules, including pre and post use vehicle inspections (using Fleetio vehicle management software)

Follows all safety procedures as required.

Maintains our fleet of demo wheelchairs within our Demo Fleet Management software
Qualifications:

High school diploma required, Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Clean driving record

Ability to lift 70 pounds
-
Ability to communicate well both orally and in writing

Demonstrates knowledge of shipping and receiving processes as well as warehouse safety protocols

Demonstrates knowledge of shipping and receiving processes

Able to operate in a fast-paced, continually changing environment

Excellent computing skills with a strong understanding of Microsoft Office 365
