Employee Referral Program
NPL will reward an employee making a referral $200 when the referred applicant is employed and additional $500 once the employee is active for a 3-month period.
Each employee is eligible to receive one (1) day per off each year to pursue a community service of their choice.
NPL recognizes those who reach anniversary milestones. Employees that have 1, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 years of service are rewarded with a gift and receive their anniversary date off.
Employee of the Month
NPL employees nominate a staff member to receive the Employee of the Month award. This award is given to an employee that consistently demonstrates our NPL Values while delivering outstanding results. This individual will receive an engraved award and $100.
In addition to base pay, each employee is eligible to receive a bonus based on the company’s overall performance as well as individual performance and goal achievement.
Each month NPL celebrates employees’ birthdays that fall within the month with a luncheon. Due to COVID-19 this is temporarily deferred until it can be conducted safety.
Birthday & Service Recognitions
NPL publishes a monthly communication to recognize birthdays and service anniversaries.
NPL has established a family scholarship program for all employees who are full-time and have completed 1 year of service. For your family member to qualify, he/she must be a post-secondary applicant. Selection of winners is based on various factors such as GPA, goals, achievements, community involvement and letters of recommendation. $500 scholarships are awarded to chosen participants.
NPL rewards its employees with surprise time off, gift cards, catered lunches (when safe to do so).
