Why we were chosen
In order to be considered as one of Ohio’s Best Employers, NPL had to complete two surveys:

The first considered our workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics

The second involved speaking to our employees to measure their experience
The Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process in Ohio and also analyzed the data and used their expertise to determine the final rankings.
