We’re proud to share that NPL Home Medical has been named a 2025 Best Place to Work in Ohio by Crain’s Cleveland Business, our fifth consecutive year receiving this recognition.

This award is particularly meaningful because it reflects both how we operate as a company and how our people experience working here.

The Best Places to Work in Ohio program is managed by Workforce Research Group and combines an evaluation of workplace policies, practices, and demographics (20% of the score) with employee surveys measuring workplace experiences and attitudes (80% of the score).
